Character of the Day: KUNTI
KUNTI is one of the wives of Pandu, and the mother of his children Yudhishthira, Bhima, and Arjuna (with Yama, Vayu, and Indra); she is also the mother of Karna (with Surya). She is one of the Panchakanya, the "Five Women" of the epics.

Mahabharata: Kunti plays an important role throughout the Mahabharata. Although she is the mother of Yudhishthira and his brothers, she remains in the court of King Dhritarashtra during the War.
