Character of the Day: RAVANA
RAVANA was the ruler of Lanka. He abducted Sita and was killed by Sita's husband, Rama. Mandodari was his wife (one of them), and she was the mother of his son Indrajit. His brothers were Kumbhakarna and Vibhishana; his sister, Shurpanakha. He is sometimes called Dashagriva, "10-Necked," because he supposedly had 10 heads and 20 arms.
