Overview: Pattanaik. Book of Ram.

Title: The Book of Ram
Author: Devdutt Pattanaik
Year: 2009

Comment: This is a wonderful book for re-reading the Ramayana because Devdutt Pattanaik includes local legends and other variations on the story that you probably did not read the first time around, and there are also wonderful illustrations by the author.
