Comments: This book contains short versions of the Mahabharata and the Ramayana along with some other famous stories like the stories in this reading unit about Vishvamitra (who figures in the Ramayana) and about Prahlada (who is a devoted follower of Lord Vishnu), along with two great love stories from the Mahabharata: Savitri and Satyavan, and Nala and Damayanti.
