Character of the Day: VYASA
VYASA is the son of Satyavati. He goes on to become the composer of the Vedas and of the Mahabharata, while also fathering Shantanu's sons Pandu, Dhritarashtra, and the illegitimate son Vidura. He is regarded as a Chiranjivi, one of the Immortals.
